What do you think about St. Konrad?

I do think that everything is possible in God when you trust him and work for what you wish to be.I think that my future will be better because of what St. Konrad made me and still making me in terms of skills. Furthermore I think that my parents should not suffer in future and after my studies I have my own skills to let them live in a bright future. Also I think that St. Konrad is a gifted school from God because I am what I am because of St. Konrad and I do say “Bravo Bravo”.

What do you enjoy most at St. Konrad?

I enjoy reading my books most because education is a key to success. Furthermore I enjoy playing football on the school’s own sports field and also making physical exercises during my leisure time. I also enjoy singing in church practices because the more you come nearer to God, the more he feeds you with goodness.

What are the benefits of St. Konrad to you and the community?

I have learnt to interact with different people from different area i.e. Kenya, Uganda and Austria because of the visitors we receive at our school St. Konrad like Johannes Mayringer. Besides I have learnt and experienced some skills from St. Konrad Integrated vocational school like making furniture for my own since I am the carpenter.

What should be done to improve the standards of the school?

Teachers should be closer to the students and treat them as their biological parents. The administration should plan and put in place school casual wear so as we also look nice like other schools as well. I suggest that students should be taught how to carry out laboratory experiments from senior one up to senior four.

What do you think about St. Konrad Integrated Vocational School?

I think about studying and becoming an important person in future. I also think about changing or improving the standards of our family in future after my studies. I think of having a modernized family in future if God protects me and if I finish very well. I think of being a responsible woman in future.

What do you learn?

I learnt Tailoring and Cutting Garments (TCG) and I am now in senior four.

What do you enjoy most in St. Konrad?

In my free time I enjoy reading the bible in most of the time. I also enjoy reading books and discussing with my friends most. I do enjoy joking with my class mates as well as age mates during my free time.

What are the benefits of your school?

The benefits of my school are that I have been able to learn both secondary and vocational since senior one whereby I sat for my UBTEB examinations in 2018. A person is ready to acquire skills because we have different vocational courses which are important in our lives. Our school has good conducive environment and good buildings which favour us to study and revise our books without any disturbances.

What can be done to improve on the Standards of the School?

To improve on the standards of the school, I suggest that the school administrators should employ permanent teachers like those of compulsory subjects. The school administrators should design a special uniform for prefects, for identification, and for uniqueness. The school should plan ahead and employ a school nurse to improve on the health standards of the students and teachers at large. The school should also try to design a Sunday wear for the students because students are sometimes being disturbed to wear the same uniform from Monday up to Sunday. The school administrators should at least plan providing the school truck or bus during parish Sundays because students complain about the long journey to the parish.

What do you think about St. Konrad Integrated Vocational School?

I think of being an engineer after my studies so that I can employ people who have no jobs and to develop my country. I think of becoming someone important in future because of the skills I got from St. Konrad. I also think that the St. Konrad will be having a University in future named St. Konrad University because we also need a university in our place of Ntarabana.

What do you enjoy most in St. Konrad?

I enjoy reading Bible because through reading i you can be near to God and we know that with God everything is possible thus succeeding in my studies. I enjoy reading books too in order to pass well and succeed in my studies. I also enjoy watching movies and series because sometimes they are so encouraging.

What do you learn?

I am in senior four per now and I sat for my UBTEB in 2018 for a junior certificate in Plumbing.

What are the benefits of your school?

It has helped me to be skilled at the same time earning money which helps us to be responsible people. It has also helped us in spiritual welfare whereby we pray every twinkling of an eye and this helps us to be near by God. It has also helped me how a Christian should behave in the community and I am always an example of others because I am what I am because of St. Konrad.

What can be done to improve on the Standards of the School?

The administrators should stop changing teachers daily because it makes the students to decline in the academics. The library teacher should always leave the library open so that students should make a research about what the teachers are always teaching. To bring water around the school because water shortage always makes the students to waste time in fetching water from Kitengure.
